All free shipping orders will be sent out FedEx or USPS and can take up to 7 business days(does not include Saturday or Sunday). If you need your package faster, you may want to choose one of our other shipping options. Additionally, free shipping is only available to the U.S.
Most orders received before 2pm EST Mon-Fri ship same day. All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification, which could result in a delay in shipping. Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer and responsibility from the rest of your order. All selected shipment methods may be subject to change.
Orders Over $200 may require signature delivery.
International orders may be subject to import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs calculated at checkout. As the importer, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. It is recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery.
All returned items must be in new, unused, unworn condition and must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.
Returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect). If the item is returned because a change of mind or wrong size, you will receive a refund for the product but will hold responsibility for all shipping costs.
Returns between 15 to 30 days after receiving the product will be granted store credit, as long as the items are in new condition. All Clearance items can only be returned for in store credit.
After 30 days no returns will be accepted. Holiday seasons will be taken into consideration with a 45 day limit.
If a refund is issued you should receive your refund within a 3-5 business days of our receiving the returned package.
To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you and issue a refund once we have received and processed the returned item.Please include reason for return, full name, order number, and product. All returns can be sent to Exodus Ride Shop 7401 Highland Rd White Lake, MI 48383. Inside the return shipment please include your full name and the order #.
All warranties are done through the manufacturer not Exodus.If you have any trouble contacting the manufacturer you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in your email your order # for the purchase of the product, a detailed description, photographs of the defect.
